Our 2-bedroom rates are based on 1-4 person occupancy, 3-bedroom rates are based on 1-6 person occupancy, and 5-bedroom rate is based on 1-14 person occupancy. Rates are quoted in US dollars.
RATES
DEPOSITS
To confirm a reservation a deposit of 50% of your total stay per unit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For arrivals within 30 days, we require payment in full to confirm a reservation. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
TAX
All rates are subject to a 19% hotel tax and resort fee.

Check-in at the resort is at 3:00pm local time and check-out is at 11:00am local time
HOUSE RULES
No Smoking is permitted inside the condos. Swimming is at your own risk, there is NO lifeguard on duty. No pets allowed.
MINIMUM STAY
Minimum stay requirements during peak/holiday seasons is 4 nights with minimum stays of 2 nights outside of these time periods.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Full refund less a 5% cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of accommodations. No refund due to medical emergencies, airline delays, strikes, or weather-related delays or cancellations, including hurricanes. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILMING
